Requires: Ban, Kick or Manage Roles (if mute).

Requires users that join to have a custom avatar in order to join. Failure to have one will result in the set punishment.

!autoset blankavatar mute#/kick/ban	`!autoset blankavatar mute6` - Mutes users, who have no avatar, for 6 minutes `!autoset blankavatar kick` - Kicks users with no avatar
!passport userid	`!passport 507121360833609730` - Allows that user to bypass blankavatar
